1. Purpose of Appointment

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the appointment of the Telecaller on a commission basis to sell Rvaastu plans and services, including connectors, vendors, real estate agents (dealers), builders, projects, and related services. The Telecaller shall work from home and represent the company professionally to promote sales and customer engagement.

2. Nature of Employment

The Telecaller is appointed on a commission basis and shall not be treated as a full-time or part-time employee. The engagement is Work from Home (WFH) and does not entail any fixed salary or benefits. The Telecaller shall be responsible for selling Rvaastu plans and services as per the designated channels.

3. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Sales and Promotion: Contact clients to sell Rvaastu services like Connectors, Vendors, Real Estate Agents (Dealers), Builders, and Projects. Educate customers, handle grievances, follow up on leads.
Reporting and Management: Submit reports, meet sales targets, maintain records.
Customer Support and Follow-ups: Resolve complaints, assist with registration and renewals, conduct satisfaction follow-ups.

4. Commission Structure

Commission is based on successful transactions and paid within 30 days of realization. No commission for cancellations or reversed payments. Payments via bank transfer. Tax liability lies with the Telecaller.

5. Code of Conduct and Best Practices

Uphold professionalism, avoid false claims, respect customer privacy, and maintain confidentiality of company data and strategies.

6. Performance and Targets

Monthly sales targets must be met. Failure for three months may result in termination. Poor performance or misconduct may lead to disciplinary action.

7. Grievance Handling and Query Resolution

Resolve grievances promptly, coordinate with the support team, and educate customers on support access and self-service.

8. Prohibited Activities (Do's and Don'ts)

Do's: Be respectful, use approved scripts, keep accurate records.
Don'ts: No unauthorized promises, offensive language, or disclosure of confidential data.

9. Termination Clause

Immediate termination for misconduct or breaches. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Customer and company data must be kept confidential. Any breach will lead to termination and possible legal action.

11. Legal Compliance and Liability

Telecaller must comply with all laws and policies. Any breach will result in disciplinary/legal actions.

12. Indemnity

Telecaller shall indemnify the company against any loss or legal issue from negligence or misconduct.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies with Vasai Court ( Palghar, Maharashtra ).
