Participation in the Lucky Draw is strictly limited to individuals who are duly registered users on the official platform of RRasal Connect Services Private Limited (RCSPL), operating under the domain www.rvaastu.in.

For a transaction to qualify under this Lucky Draw, it must be conclusively compensated in full to RCSPL. This compensation shall be verified under the following distinct circumstances:

a. In case of New or Resale Property Transactions:
The participant (user/customer) must have availed services from RCSPL and must have duly compensated RCSPL for those services. Only upon successful realization of full and final service fees by RCSPL shall the transaction be considered valid.

b. In case of Builder/Developer Project Transactions:
Where the transaction involves properties listed under a builder, developer, promoter, or strategic partner company, the eligibility shall be subject to RCSPL having successfully raised and realized the corresponding invoice against that transaction.

• In such cases, the participant must have booked/purchased the said property through RCSPL, duly recognized as an authorized Channel Partner for that project.
• If the invoice has not been honored or remains unpaid by the builder/developer, the participant's eligibility shall remain in abeyance until the dues are cleared.

All participants irrevocably agree to provide full and prompt cooperation to RCSPL and its authorized representatives during any billing validation, verification, or claim-related inquiry. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing confirmation of transaction via email or call.
• Participating in verification calls, written confirmations, or declaration letters.
• Assisting in confirmation processes, if RCSPL requires such communication to realize or confirm billing from third parties (e.g., developers or builders).

Failure to cooperate shall render the claim null and void.

The eligibility to claim any prize under the Lucky Draw shall be strictly subject to fulfillment of the minimum billing amount criteria, which shall vary based on the prize tier. The applicable billing slabs, categorized by prize levels, shall be declared in the official Rvaastu Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions and are legally binding.

Any misrepresentation, fraudulent conduct, or manipulation by the participant, directly or indirectly, to claim eligibility shall empower RCSPL to disqualify the participant permanently and initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings under applicable laws. This includes fraudulent bookings, forged documents, or miscommunication made to harm the interests of the company.

RCSPL reserves the right to segregate, merge, or reorganize the prize pools (First, Second, Third) based on market dynamics, billing trends, and participation volume—while maintaining transparency and fairness in compliance with these terms.

Winners shall be selected through a computerized, randomized draw process conducted only after the successful achievement of the campaign's defined milestone. The process will be executed in a secure, auditable, and impartial manner to ensure fairness and transparency.

The lucky draw shall be conducted under the supervision of an internal committee constituted by RRasal Connect Services Pvt. Ltd. (RCSPL), which may also include independent observers or legal representatives, if deemed necessary by the management.

The decision of the committee shall be final, binding, and non-contestable under any forum, including but not limited to consumer forums, civil courts, or grievance platforms.

All participants agree that official notification to the winners shall be made only through the email ID and mobile number registered with www.rvaastu.in.

RCSPL shall not be responsible for failure of delivery due to incorrect, outdated, or unreachable contact details provided by the participant.

No claim shall be entertained in the absence of verifiable communication from RCSPL's official domains/channels.

The selection process is fully automated and safeguarded against manual manipulation. Any attempt to influence, manipulate, or interfere with the process by any participant or third party shall be treated as a criminal offense and shall attract prosecution under applicable sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), IT Act, and other relevant laws.

By participating, all users waive any and all rights to question, challenge, or demand justification of the draw outcome. RCSPL reserves the sole discretion to publish or withhold winner names in compliance with privacy and data protection laws.

This Lucky Draw campaign is purely chance-based, conducted under predefined eligibility conditions. Participation does not constitute any assurance, commitment, guarantee, or right to win.

No oral, written, digital, or implied communication by RCSPL, its employees, agents, or associates shall be construed as a promise or obligation. Any belief or assumption by a participant contrary to these terms shall be deemed null, void, and at the participant's own risk.

All applicable taxes, cess, duties, and deductions, including under the Income Tax Act, GST Act, or any other relevant Indian legislation, shall be the sole responsibility of the declared winner.

To claim a prize, winners must provide:

• Valid PAN Card
• Government-issued Photo ID
• Signed declaration or compliance documentation as requested

RCSPL shall not bear or reimburse any tax liability, statutory fee, or compliance cost associated with the reward.

By participating, the user provides informed consent to RCSPL to:

• Epidemics or pandemics
• Regulatory or government-imposed restrictions
• Strikes, riots, cyber-attacks, or technical system failures

Such circumstances shall be governed under the Force Majeure Clause, and no legal or financial claim will be entertained.

By entering this campaign, each participant:

• Irrevocably waives any right to initiate civil, criminal, or defamation proceedings against RCSPL for perceived losses, non-selection, or misinterpreted promises
• Acknowledges that RCSPL retains full immunity against all false, fabricated, or malicious claims

RCSPL reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings (civil and/or criminal) under:

• Indian Penal Code (IPC)
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Indian Contract Act, 1872 in the event of:
  • Misinformation or fraudulent participation
  • Public or private defamation
  • Threats, coercion, or harassment of RCSPL employees or associates
  • Unlawful demands or misuse of company systems or goodwill

All prizes awarded are:

• Non-transferable,
• Non-exchangeable, and
• Cannot be converted into cash, credit, or any monetary substitute under any condition.

No alternate benefit or replacement shall be provided in lieu of the prize.

All disputes arising from or connected to this campaign shall be subject to the following legal mechanism:

• Arbitration: Disputes shall first be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by RCSPL.
• Jurisdiction: If arbitration fails, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Civil Courts at Vasai, District Palghar, Maharashtra, India.

No dispute or litigation shall be entertained outside this jurisdiction.

By participating, each user:

• Confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions herein
• Waives all rights to contest, dispute, or renegotiate any clause post-participation
• Accepts that RCSPL's decision is final, binding, and unchallengeable in any court, consumer forum, or authority

Participation constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user and RCSPL.

Any participant found guilty of the following shall face strict legal and financial consequences:

• Submitting misleading or forged documentation
• Making false representations or unverifiable claims
• Misusing support resources or spamming company channels
• Harassing RCSPL representatives with fictitious allegations
• Publicly or privately defaming the company or attempting to coerce or manipulate campaign outcomes

Such actions shall result in:

• Immediate disqualification from all present and future campaigns
• Financial liability for damages, including:
  • Administrative and operational resource loss
  • Legal and reputational costs
  • Time wastage and third-party impact

A minimum penalty of ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh INR) or the actual loss incurred, whichever is higher, shall be pursued through legal recovery channels.

RCSPL reserves the full right to initiate:

• Civil suits for damages
• Criminal complaints under IPC (cheating, fraud, public mischief) and IT Act
• Defamation actions for injury to reputation

All such matters shall be contested within the jurisdiction of Vasai, Maharashtra, and participants expressly waive their right to file or shift the matter elsewhere.

RCSPL maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy towards:

• Campaign misuse
• False entitlement behavior
• Defamation or brand damage
• Employee harassment

Participation is a privilege extended by the company, and may be revoked without prior notice in case of any abuse, malicious intent, or non-compliance.
