1.1. Legal Entity: RRasal Connect Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “RCSPL”, “the Company”, or “We”) operates under the brand Rvaastu to facilitate real estate, digital marketing, financial, and business development services.
1.2. Binding Agreement: By accessing, using, or engaging with RCSPL’s services, users, vendors, clients, and corporate partners (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) acknowledge and agree to abide by these legally binding terms and conditions.
1.3. Scope of Services: RCSPL provides digital, financial, marketing, vendor management, and real estate services, including but not limited to property listing, vendor partnerships, investment assistance, and business consulting.

2.1. Truthful Representation: Users must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information during any engagement with RCSPL. Any misrepresentation may result in termination of services and potential legal consequences.
2.2. Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws when using RCSPL’s services.
2.3. No Misuse or Fraudulent Activity: Users shall not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity, including but not limited to:

• False listings, impersonation, or fraudulent property sales/rentals.
• Unauthorized access, cyber fraud, or hacking into RCSPL’s digital platforms.
• Money laundering, tax evasion, or financial fraud through RCSPL’s services.
• Misuse of RCSPL’s brand name, trademarks, or goodwill for unauthorized business purposes.

3.1. Transaction Process: All financial transactions facilitated through RCSPL are conducted under mutual agreements, and users acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms before engaging in any financial activity.
3.2. Third-Party Services: RCSPL collaborates with third-party vendors and financial institutions but does not assume liability for their independent actions, failures, or misconduct.
3.3. Payment Disputes: Users must notify RCSPL within 7 business days of any discrepancies in transactions. RCSPL will investigate but does not guarantee refunds, reimbursements, or liability beyond its contractual obligations.
3.4. No Claim on RCSPL’s Promotional Offers: Users acknowledge that any promotional offers, including cashback, discounts, or reward programs, are entirely at RCSPL’s discretion and hold no inherent monetary value. No individual, institution, or corporate entity may claim, demand, or legally enforce reimbursement or compensation.

4.1. Cashback Eligibility & Nature of Offer

• The cashback offer is exclusively provided to Rvaastu’s customers who have availed services and received compensation for the said services.
• The cashback is not an investment, a charged fee, a premium, or a financial claim by any means. It is a voluntary promotional benefit offered entirely at the discretion of RCSPL.
• No customer or user shall have any legal right to demand cashback under any civil, consumer, or Indian Penal Code (IPC) provisions.
• The cashback amount, eligibility, and disbursement are solely determined by Rvaastu/RCSPL, and it is provided only after a stipulated period, as part of customer relations and promotional activities.
• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading actions to obtain cashback unfairly shall immediately void the eligibility and may lead to legal consequences.

4.2. Discretion of RCSPL

• Cashback offers are entirely promotional and do not constitute a financial liability on RCSPL.
• No individual, institution, or corporate entity can claim cashback as a monetary right, refund, or enforceable legal entitlement.
• Wrongful enforcement of cashback claims through legal threats, misrepresentation, or coercion will lead to strict legal action, and the offending party shall be penalized for any time and monetary losses incurred by RCSPL.

5.1. Eligibility & Nature of Reward Points

• Reward points are promotional benefits provided by RCSPL (Rvaastu) to its customers, vendors, and partners as part of marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
• These points do not hold any monetary value and cannot be considered as a financial asset, claim, or liability under any circumstances.
• Reward points are not an investment, fee, premium, or paid service, and no individual, customer, institution, or corporate entity has the right to demand, redeem, or claim reimbursement in cash or any other form.
• The issuance, calculation, validity, and redemption of reward points are determined solely by RCSPL, and they cannot be transferred, exchanged for money, or encashed in any manner.
• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading attempts to obtain, redeem, or manipulate reward points unfairly will result in immediate forfeiture of the points and may lead to legal consequences.

5.2. Redemption & Usage Policy

• Reward points can only be redeemed with vendors registered under Rvaastu/RCSPL, in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon between RCSPL and the vendor.
• RCSPL does not guarantee the availability of redemption options, nor does it take responsibility for any vendor’s refusal to accept reward points.
• Redemption offers, eligibility, and validity are subject to change at the sole discretion of RCSPL.

5.3. RCSPL’s Discretion & Legal Standing

• No user, customer, institution, or corporate entity can claim reward points as a monetary right, refund, reimbursement, or enforceable legal entitlement.
• Any wrongful enforcement or legal challenge regarding reward points will result in strict legal action, and the offending party shall be penalized for any time and monetary losses incurred by RCSPL.
• RCSPL reserves the absolute right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any reward point system at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Limited Liability: RCSPL shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, financial, or reputational losses incurred by users due to:

• Service usage, technical errors, cyberattacks, software malfunctions, or internet issues.
• Third-party service failures, including payment gateways, vendor delays, or financial transactions.
• Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, government regulations, or political instability.
  5.2. User Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold RCSPL harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from misuse, negligence, or violations committed by the user.
  5.3. No Legal Accountability for External Parties: Employees, associates, partners, or third-party vendors shall be solely responsible for their acts and omissions. RCSPL will not be held accountable for any unauthorized actions taken without company approval.

7.1. Privacy & Security: RCSPL follows industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, users must acknowledge the risks associated with online transactions and data sharing.
7.2. No Unauthorized Access: Users must not attempt to access RCSPL’s backend systems, confidential business data, or manipulate services in any unauthorized manner.
7.3. Legal Compliance: RCSPL complies with India’s Information Technology Act, 2000, GDPR (if applicable), and corporate governance laws regarding data privacy and security.

8.1. RCSPL’s Right to Terminate: RCSPL reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate any user’s account or business relationship under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this document.
• Engagement in illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.
• Any actions that cause reputational or financial harm to RCSPL.
  8.2. User-Initiated Termination: Users may request account closure via a formal written request. However, all pending dues, liabilities, or legal disputes must be settled before final termination.

9.1. Policy Modifications: RCSPL reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue any services, agreements, or reward programs at its sole discretion without prior notice.
9.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed under Indian Contract Act, 1872, Companies Act, 2013, IT Act, 2000, and other applicable laws.
9.3. Jurisdiction: All legal matters will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

10.1. Ownership: All trademarks, copyrights, business models, and digital content related to RCSPL and Rvaastu are legally protected under intellectual property laws.
10.2. Prohibited Usage: Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation of RCSPL’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

11.1. No Guarantees or Warranties: RCSPL provides services on an “as-is” basis without any warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.
11.2. User Risk: Users engage with RCSPL’s services at their own risk and must conduct independent due diligence before making financial, legal, or business commitments.

By accessing and using RCSPL’s services, users confirm their understanding, acceptance, and legal compliance with the above terms. RCSPL reserves all rights to refuse service, modify conditions, or take legal action against any violation.

By using RCSPL (Rvaastu) software, users agree that all features, access, and modifications are at RCSPL’s sole discretion. The platform is provided on a limited, non-transferable, and revocable basis, with no ownership rights. RCSPL is not liable for technical failures, cyber-attacks, downtime, third-party disruptions, or force majeure events. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or data compromise will result in account termination and legal action. Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, and RCSPL holds no liability for third-party service failures. Disputes are governed under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Mumbai courts.
