He gained valuable experience working with a home decor company and later joined ICICI Bank’s Home Loan franchise. His journey continued at Sektra Infocom, where he contributed to the marketing efforts of Orange and Vodafone in Bandra. There, he discovered a passion for teaching English language courses and personality development, successfully training over 700 teenagers in just two years.
Afterward, Ravindra held positions at Welsput, Zodiac, and Fabindia, where he excelled as a Senior Executive before being promoted to Merchandiser. Recognizing the booming potential of the real estate sector, he founded Rasal Estate Agent and later Rasal Associates Company. His focus encompassed real estate sales, rentals, new projects, home loans, mortgage loans, legal advisory, and tax consultancy for seven years.
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which significantly impacted his business, Ravindra’s extensive knowledge of real estate and financial products fueled his determination to pivot. He established Rvaastu, a brand that incorporates innovative strategies to develop businesses not only in urban areas but also in suburban and small cities.
