Customers can list, buy, sell, rent, or deal in heavy deposit properties through the Rvaastu platform and become eligible for promotional benefits, lucky draws, and assured gifts, subject to eligibility criteria and company policies.

Terms & Conditions & Disclaimer
- The promotional offers, assured gifts, and lucky draw schemes apply only to customers registered on the Rvaastu platform operated by RRasal Connect Services Private Limited.
- Every eligible customer must possess a valid 15-digit Rvaastu Unique ID issued by the company.
- Eligibility for any promotional benefit shall be valid only where RRasal Connect Services Private Limited receives a minimum service earning/commission of ₹50,000/- from the transaction.
- Customers must provide complete transaction details and valid proof of payment confirming payment of service charges, brokerage, consultation fees, or applicable charges.
- Only traceable digital payment methods including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, cheque, or direct bank transfer shall be accepted.
- Cash payments are strictly not permitted and shall not qualify for promotional eligibility.
- All payments must be made strictly in the name of “RRasal Connect Services Private Limited” only.
- For new project bookings, eligibility shall apply only if RRasal Connect Services Private Limited receives official compensation, brokerage, or commission from the respective builder/developer.
- The company reserves the right to request additional KYC documents, agreements, booking forms, invoices, bank statements, or transaction proofs for verification purposes.
- Any fake documentation, disputed transaction, fraudulent activity, or policy violation shall lead to immediate disqualification.
- Gifts, prizes, and promotional benefits are subject to availability, business volume, operational feasibility, and company policy.
- RRasal Connect Services Private Limited reserves the absolute right to modify, postpone, suspend, replace, or cancel any promotional scheme without prior notice.
- Vehicle models, variants, colors, and specifications shown in promotional materials are for representation purposes only.
- The company shall not be responsible for misunderstandings, assumptions, or unauthorized third-party promises.
- Participation in the scheme does not guarantee winning of any specific prize or benefit.
- The final decision regarding eligibility, verification, selection, and lucky draw results shall remain solely with RRasal Connect Services Private Limited.

- Any vehicle or prize shall be provided on an ex-showroom basis only. All applicable RTO registration, road tax, insurance, handling charges, accessories, and government charges shall be borne solely by the customer/winner.
