• Unauthorized visits or forceful attempts to access RCSPL offices will be considered trespassing and may lead to legal action.

RCSPL reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who fails to comply with this policy.

• All communications, inquiries, and concerns must be directed exclusively through:
  • Relationship Manager or Sourcing Manager assigned to the user/customer.
  • Official Customer Support Channels, including:
    • Registered Emails
    • Helpline Numbers
    • Authorized Online Portals

• No user, customer, or participant is allowed to directly contact RCSPL’s management, employees, or representatives without following the official communication protocol.
• Direct calls, messages, or attempts to bypass designated representatives will not be entertained and may lead to strict action.

Any individual found guilty of the following:
Forced entry into RCSPL premises
Unapproved or aggressive communication
Threats, harassment, or nuisance behavior
Any action that disrupts company operations
Will be subject to:
Criminal and Civil Complaints under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Financial compensation claims by RCSPL for damages or losses caused by the violator’s actions.
Permanent blacklisting from all RCSPL services and platforms.

• This Access & Communication Policy is strictly enforced to maintain a professional and structured business environment.
• Any violation will result in immediate legal action without further notice.

By engaging with RCSPL (Rvaastu), all users/customers agree to abide by this policy unconditionally.
