RCSPL Rvaastu offers a strictly limited refund policy applicable only to subscription or business plans purchased by users, customers, and subscribers, including business partners such as connectors, vendors, and real estate agents. Refunds are permitted only under valid reasons and must be requested within 48 hours of payment.

Non-Refundable Services:

Any payments made for rendered services are strictly non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to services availed through RCSPL’s platform.

Refund Process & Deductions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within the 48-hour window for review and approval.
• A 20% administrative cost will be deducted from the refundable amount as per RCSPL service policies.
• Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Any fraudulent, misleading, or forceful enforcement of refund claims against RCSPL will lead to legal consequences under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for financial and reputational losses.
• RCSPL reserves the sole discretion to approve or deny refunds based on policy compliance.

By using RCSPL Rvaastu’s services, users acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Any disputes or violations will be subject to civil and criminal action as per applicable laws.
